1. Pet Security Deposit of THB 25,000 per pet must be paid by tenant prior to check-in. This will only be fully refundable, after final inspection and no damage to any furniture, fittings or any other damage. Including in the case of odour in the room that cannot be removed, the expense of professional cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. For the refund, it will be by cheque one month after departure. 2 Pet cleaning fee of THB 5,800 per room is also payable before check-in and is non-refundable. 3 To keep not more than two (2) pets as pet(s) inside the residence at any time.
