ECO Home Samui offers private villa ownership combined with a branded hospitality experience, creating a unique position within the market.

ECO Home Samui is structured as a collection of individually owned private villas, where each purchaser retains full ownership of their property. Separate from the villas, the ECO Home Samui Clubhouse is owned and operated by a dedicated holding company, which is responsible for the management of all shared facilities and hospitality services.

The ECO Home Samui Clubhouse serves as the central hub of ECO Home Samui, providing both lifestyle amenities and the operational backbone for guest services. Facilities will be available to both villa owners and registered guests, and include:

• Fully equipped gym
• Concierge services
• Sawan Spa, featuring onsen facilities and dedicated massage treatment rooms
• ECO Café, delivering a curated all-day dining experience centred around fresh, healthconscious cuisine and locally sourced produce

Additional services will be coordinated through the Clubhouse and concierge team.

In addition to these lifestyle enhancements, the Clubhouse will host all hospitality-related operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and concierge services.

These services are intended to be operated under the appropriate licensing framework in accordance with Thai law, including the Hotel Act B.E. 2547, ensuring a structured and professionally managed environment.

Villa owners will have the option to enter into a rental management agreement with the operating company. Where applicable, participating villas will be integrated into the centralized management system, allowing them to benefit from the same operational platform, service standards, and guest infrastructure associated with the ECO Home Samui Clubhouse.
