It is a unique villa designed by a French architect. The home is decorated in a style he calls ‘Provencal Tropical,’ blending interiors from Provence, Bali & Antic Asia seamlessly together. Land and House belong to a Co., Ltd, owner of the residence lands, incorporated for more than 10 years. The house was built 4 years ago. It is part of a gated property of few unique architect villas, the "Om Domus" Residence. It is totally independent, has its own remote-controlled access to government road, and is directly connected to electricity (by cable), water, fiberoptic. No management fees to pay.
