Contemporary architecture seeks to achieve a harmonious balance while preserving local identity. It emphasizes modernity, simplicity, and humility. This approach results in a rectangular concrete building design, with each section distinctly separated beneath a gable roof and extending horizontally, reminiscent of traditional Thai houses of the past.

The architectural design of the house is structured around a central courtyard, a green space that serves as the core of the residence. This layout fosters an open and airy ambiance and facilitates the continuous flow of natural light and ventilation throughout the day. Furthermore, the courtyard functions as a central gathering space, providing family members with opportunities to spend quality time together while observing various activities within the house, thereby enhancing their interaction and connectivity.

This project is situated in a picturesque tourist destination, encircled by mountains, the sea, and waterfalls. Additionally, it is in close proximity to essential amenities like schools, hospitals, and shopping malls.
