Our estate boasts 17 custom-designed pool villas, with options ranging from 3-bedroom residences of 250 sqm to 4-bedroom residences of 442.1 sqm. BLISS Villas are designed and set out to feel and function as a tropical resort providing our owners, residents, guests and visitors the best ‘tropical holiday’ experience possible. There are high-end top chef restaurant and beautiful communal gardens for the common enjoyment of all occupants. In creating a self contained resort environment, we have not only created a truly ‘tranquil’ and tropical retreat, but also increased the level of safety, privacy and security for worry free relaxation.

Each villa has its own private access to the enchanting communal gardens which feature beautifully landscaped gardens set amongst the preserved indigenous trees and boulders. Providing both a ‘quiet zone’ for guests to relax or meditate and a ‘kids zone’ ensures that children may be safely entertained whilst the adults relax in peace.

To ensure that the villas and project are maintained and operated to the highest possible standards, the project will also retain full time staff which includes 24 hour ‘manned’ security, resort manager, housekeeping, landscape gardening and pool maintenance teams.

Each BLISS Villa comes with a 2 year architectural guarantee and 5 year structural guarantee issued from the property commissioning date or transfer date, whichever is soonest.
