The Grand Regent Pattaya Co., Ltd. has been established to support the operations at various campuses of the Regent’s School.  At the Pattaya Campus, initially, the company will focus on providing modern, secure and comfortable housing adjacent to our Pattaya School, primarily for our overseas parents.  

The ‘Grand Regent Pattaya’ development includes mainly exclusive high-quality multi-bedroom detached houses, with a private pool and landscaped garden.  There are 30 houses in Phase One that are completed and are occupied by the family of the Regent's community. At the time of this update (8 Oct  2014), 8 houses in phase II that were constructed by SCG are completed and ready to move in by 30 November 2014.
