Millennium Phuket

Millennium is a resort-style condominium in Bang Tao, Phuket. Seven floors and parking, 253 apartments, five pools and a rooftop devoted entirely to leisure.

The project is conceived as a tropical oasis. Water, greenery, air and evening light are not decoration here but part of the architecture itself: a garden on every balcony, open breezy corridors, pools inside the project and along the perimeter of the building.

BANG TAO — A DISTRICT THAT HAS IT ALL
Bang Tao is one of Phuket's longest beaches: about six kilometresof sand and calm sea on the west coast of the island.

The island's most established neighbourhood has grown up around the beach: the Laguna resort complex with its golf courses, the Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket shopping streets, beach clubs, international schools and clinics. People live here all year round, not just in high season — without the noise of Patong.

Millennium is 750 metres from the beach. The airport is about half an hour by car.

A LIVING FACADE

Every balcony has its ownmini-garden. Watering switches on by itself: sensors monitor humidity and rain, and the water for irrigation is collected during downpours.

Outdoor air-conditioning units andwashing machines are hidden behind wooden louvres. All that remains on the facade is smooth white lines and greenery.

FIVE POOLS FOR 253 APARTMENTS
Millennium has five pools: in the inner courtyard, along the outer perimeter of the building and on the rooftop.

One pool for every 50 apartments means free sunbeds and quiet by the water even in high season.
