“Not only do I live here but I also test out most of the technologies we use at our projects. I feel like I have to test it out because I want to know it will be good for our residents. I have actually used the solar panels and some days I don’t even have to pay for electricity,” Khun Nichada reveals.

Personally speaking, I love spending time here because there is a positive vibe you won’t find anywhere else in Bangkok. Even though I don’t live here, it still feels like home.

One of the great things about Nichada Thani is that it is a tight-knit community. You know your neighbors and we always have group activities. That is something that can’t be built. It is something we have worked on.”
