Custom Villas — THEVA Horizon Samui

At THEVA Horizon, every custom villa starts with a blank page. There is no catalogue and no standard floor plan. Your home is designed around your lifestyle, your wishes and the land it sits on in Koh Samui. Here, the only limit is your imagination. Contemporary tropical architecture, Balinese-inspired living, clean minimalist lines, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, a rooftop terrace, a pool house, an oversized master suite, a yoga studio or a wine cellar: everything is possible, and everything is open for discussion. It all starts with your moodboard. Photos, inspirations, materials, colours, atmospheres you've spotted on your travels or on Pinterest: share whatever speaks to you. Our team turns those ideas into a concrete design, then refines it with you step by step, from the overall layout down to the finishing touches. You are supported at every stage, from design to handover, with a single point of contact and on-site construction management. The result is a villa unlike any other, because it is designed only for you.
