Self introduction - Hi, This is our happy family home. Since we moved to Chiangmai and it break our heart to see our house lose its lively essence. We decided to renovate to let the house shine again. We would like to share with the people who would take care of the house the same way we do. We surely the house will take care of your family.  
The house is sitting a Bangkok residential area for those who want to explore further beyond the tourist vibe and live healthier lifestyle. This is a house for people who love the city but prefer NOT to live in it. A gate community in a calm, peaceful but lively compound setting in a residential southeast of Bangkok, Pravet. To move around, I recommend you to have a car or a motorcycle. Driving in Bangkok can be cruel. Well, there are ways to avoid it. One is try to avoid peak hours. Secondly is try to know your area. In Bangkok there are many malls in your area reach. I mean "the average one" complex mall not like super luxury brandname shops like downtown or Sukhumvit. But it is enough for everyday living. Third, try to learn about Bangkok's outer ring route. It's helpful!  Alongside the Bangkok outer rings, there are many great compounds and normally those do have their entrance to the outer circle of the ring itself to swing around. Our compound has it too. This is a one plus benefit of living along the ring as you will have 1plus route to your home. I have not yet mention, the express way gives easy access to the center of Bangkok, the house is 10 km. to Suvannaphumi airports, 7 km. to Mega Bangna where literally have everything! Local market to supermarkets you name it.  
Brief background of the house. Back in 2012, we found this compound and fell in love right away. We tried our best to look for a "Quiet zone and kids friendly environment." We wanted a house where we could let our children bike around and have a safe neighborhood where everyone could look after one another. With the size of a compound consider the middle sized about 200 units which is not too busy. Another advantage is 2 main entrances that excess Suhapiban 2 road and Kanjanapisek outer ring road so there are alternative ways to escape the traffic in peak time.    Things to do nearby: - Suanluand Rama 9: Park and Garden: 8 Km. 15 minutes - Bueng Nong Bon Sport center: 8 km. 15 minutes. - Happy & Healthy Sky Bike Lane: 12 km. 23 minutes - Mega Bangna: 7 km 14 minutes - Robinson Ratkrabang: 6 km. 15 minutes   Hospitals nearby: - Sirinthorn Public Hospital: 2 km. 5 minutes - Prince Suvanaphumi Hospital: 13 km. 15 minutes - Smitivej Srinakarin Hospital 13 km. 18 minutes     A House open to all diversities.
