-To extend contract require 30 days' notice in advance with written notice (1-5 months)
- Deposit for 1 month to guarantee the booking 1 - 5 months, - Deposit 2 months for 6 months and above stay in advance altogether with a signed lease agreement and other incidental charges during the stay is required in advance on signing the lease agreement
- 1 month of room rental in advance upon check-in.
