Del Mare

Bright and Airy 1-Bedroom Condo
This unit sits high up on the 32nd floor, so you get panoramic ocean views right from your balcony—glass railings give an uninterrupted feel, perfect for mornings with a coffee or evenings watching the sunset. The layout feels really open and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing in loads of natural light throughout the day. You’ll probably spend a lot of time in the living room, which is spacious and comfortable with a white sectional sofa and a dark grey armchair, plus a mounted TV and built-in cabinet keeping things neat.
Comfortable Bedroom and Practical Kitchen
The bedroom is surprisingly roomy with corner windows and direct access to the balcony, so fresh air and light are always at hand. King-size bed and built-in sliding wardrobes with glass doors keep the space feeling uncluttered, plus there's a nice mix of wooden flooring and textured accent walls adding warmth. The kitchen is open-concept with sleek white and wood cabinetry, a glass-top dining table with cushioned chairs nearby, and modern appliances like a microwave and built-in washing machine. It’s functional but still stylish.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want bright, clean space close to the coast and the buzz of urban and natural landscapes around Bang Sare. The practical touches like digital door locks, recessed ceiling lighting, and air conditioning controls give it that modern convenience.
