➢ Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT unless otherwise indicated.
➢ Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included.
➢ Rates are inclusive of housekeeping service three times per week.
➢ Rates are inclusive of water supply.
➢ Electricity monthly usable allowance (applicable for monthly rate):
o THB 60 / sqm for one - bedroom unit
o THB 70 / sqm for two - bedroom unit
o * Electricity allowance at THB 15,000 nett per month for three-bedroom unit
Any excess will be chargeable at THB 7 per kilowatt hour exceeded, subject to prevailing VAT, where
applicable.
➢ Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to the BTS Sky train station and shopping complexes.
➢ Access to facilities e.g. gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playroom, internet corner,
car park, tour and travel desk, spa, and residents’ lounge.
➢ Security deposit requirements (applicable for monthly rates):
o 1 month deposit for bookings between 3 to 5 months
o 2 months deposit for bookings 6 months & above
