Yara opts for Bhiraj Tower

Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, Bangkok’s newest Grade ‘A’ office building, has welcomed another new tenant to its facilities, bringing total occupancy to 40 percent three months after launching.

The premium office tower’s proximity to residential areas, transport link and shopping and eating at EmQuartier have proved popular among the business community, with global agriculture specialist Yara opting to relocate their office premises to the iconic building.

Alejandro Vollert, Managing Director of Yara Thailand, a producer of premium fertilizers, said: “Yara has been performing well in Thailand and we have expanded our team. When it came to looking for new premises we had clear objectives: good transport links, as we have many domestic and international visitors; good facilities that would meet the needs of our staff; and a secure building.

“Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier has met all these needs and more, and our team have settled very quickly into the new premises.

“Having a good work/life balance is important to us, and our new office means staff have easy access to great leisure facilities, such as fitness centres and cinemas, as well as a large number of restaurants to host visitors if they require. It has been a very positive move and will help us build the profile of Yara in Thailand.”

Pitiphatr Buri, Executive Director of Bhiraj Buri Group, added: “We are delighted that another international business has identified Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier as the right location for their Thailand operations.

“We have listened closely to the market while developing our concept and understand the value businesses put on employee satisfaction, so our building concept has been designed to provide a good working environment for a balanced work and private life, as we believe creating the right working environment helps people work to their full potential.”

The award-winning Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier is 45-storeys high with 47,500 sqme of office space and a direct link to EmQuartier shopping complex and BTS Phrom Phong station. The building houses 570 square metres of meeting facilities and boasts a rooftop helipad with a private lounge.
