Raimon Land and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced they are collaborating on the first branded residence project in Kamala, a popular destination on Phuket. Rosewood Residences Kamala will feature 14 stand-alone luxury villas with those staying here being able to enjoy the hotelier’s world-renowned service.
The branded residence project is situated amongst the lush tropical hillside of Kamala Bay in one of Phuket’s poshest neighborhoods. Award-winning luxury homebuilder Raimon Land will use its expertise to craft what is set to be the island’s most exclusive residential development.

Rosewood Residences Kamala will boast four- to six-bedroom villas with each one featuring lavish indoor/outdoor space, private pools and unmatched vistas of the Andaman Sea. Residences will be complemented by state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, including a restaurant and bar, private resident’s area and tennis court.
The hotel brand is seeing an increase in demand for its branded residence projects globally and Rosewood felt that the Phuket development was perfect for its growth strategy.

Sales reservations will be accepted for villas at Rosewood Residences Kamala later this year with the project expected to open in 2024.
