ERA celebrates 30th anniversary in Thailand, looks towards growth and expansion

ERA Thailand
ERA is celebrating its 30th anniversary in Thailand with the introduction of the ERA REALTAVERSE

ERA introduced the first international franchise system to the Thailand brokerage industry some 30 years ago. It was seen as a bold move at the time, but the firm has worked diligently to become one of the Kingdom’s most trusted names in real estate.

As ERA looks to chart its course for the next 30 years and beyond, it has announced an exciting new initiative to help support its members and lay the foundation for future growth. Dubbed the “ERA REALTAVERSE”, a combination of realtor and metaverse, the policy is designed to ensure its partners can keep up with rapidly changing trends while connecting Thailand to the world.

The “ERA REALTAVERSE” covers four key concepts:

  1. Community – To create a strong community of real estate sellers that are located throughout Thailand.
  2. Collaboration – To collaborate with all levels of society in Thailand through the ERA Community.
  3. Innovation – To adopt and embrace new methods and programs that can support members in their work. Examples of this include the ERA Sharing Network program and the ERA Digital Academy program.
  4. Technology – To introduce modern technology that can be used in everyday life, starting from the New ERA Platform and the use of virtual reality.

Unlike other brokerage franchisees, ERA isn’t focused on selling courses. Instead, the agency is invested in the success of those who participate. Their goal is to help others establish a rewarding career in the real estate industry and is open for all to join.

ERA eyes Asia Pacific expansion

As the largest real estate network in the Asia Pacific region, ERA extends well beyond Thailand. It is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and extensive connections ensure initiatives, such as the “ERA REALTAVERSE”, are crafted with a holistic view of both the global and local property markets.

ERA recently announced exciting expansion plans as it looks to assist more people in finding a job within the real estate industry. The firm hopes to grow the number of agents under its watch to 25,000 by 2024. ERA Asia Pacific currently contains 654 offices in 10 countries and is the largest ERA member broker in the world by transaction value.
