The Dot Property Show returns to Bangkok in July

Dot Property Show

The dates for the Dot Property Show 2018 have officially been announced. Returning to Siam Paragon from 5 to 8 July, the event has become the place to buy property in Thailand. The third annual edition of the real estate showcase will welcome more than 15 exhibitors.

Last year’s Dot Property Show had something for everything with actor Mario Maurer among those who stopped by. Projects from Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Khao Yai as well as international developments from Australia and the UK were all on display. Those in attendance were able to take advantage of special discounts only available during the event.

The exclusive discounts will be back at the Dot Property Show 2018 along with the high-quality real estate projects that have made the four-day event popular with those thinking about making a property purchase. Held in Bangkok’s famous Siam Paragon shopping mall, the low-pressure environment allows shoppers to speak first hand with developers and agents, learn more about the developments and make a confident home buying decision.

Good news for Thailand’s property market

This could be a great year to buy property in Thailand. In Bangkok, political stability and massive government investment in infrastructure have real estate experts excited about the market. Pattaya is another location to keep an eye on. Several Eastern Economic Corridor megaprojects are now underway and this could boost the resort city’s condominium market. The expansion of U-tapao airport in particular could be a boon to the region.

There is only one way to see projects from all of Thailand’s premier locations including Bangkok and Pattaya. That’s by visiting the Dot Property Show from 5 to 8 July at Siam Paragon’s Fashion Hall on Level 1.

“We will bring back the Dot Property Show to Siam Paragon for our third year now, which highlights the success and popularity of this event,” Dot Expo managing director Andrew Davis said. “We have a diverse range of developments showcasing the unique and exciting nature of the Thai property market.”
