The Dot Property Show 2018 will be back at Siam Paragon from 5 to 8 July and several of Thailand’s top developers have already agreed to take part. Both Major Development and Habitat Group will be in attendance offering visitors exclusive deals on some of their exciting projects.

Located in Bangkok’s most trafficked mall, Siam Paragon, the Dot Property Show 2018 provides homebuilders with a chance to connect with both local and overseas buyers. A number of special deals will be available to those who book units during the four day event, so don’t miss it. Here is a closer look at some of this year’s attendees.
Major Development
Major Development will be showing off two projects under its Maru brand. Maru Ekkamai 2 is a pet-friendly condominium that boasts stylish interiors and upscale amenities. And with only 16 units per floor, the development features a level of privacy not found elsewhere.
The developer will also display Maru Ladprao 15 at the Dot Property Show 2018. Located close to the MRT and within walking distance of Central Ladprao and Union Mall, this exciting project is catering to the growing demand for homes in this up-and-coming part of Bangkok.
Habitat Group
Pattaya-based Habitat Group has made a name for itself on the Eastern Seaboard, but announced it was expanding into Bangkok earlier this year. It will be showcasing one of its first Bangkok projects, Walden Asoke, at the show. The luxury, low-rise condominium has a range of amenities for residents including a stunning rooftop garden.
Pirom at Vineyard
Pirom at Vineyard is one of the most stunning holiday home projects in all of Thailand. Landscape design was emphasised throughout the complex allowing for a strong connection between the land and architecture of the homes to exist.

Additionally, each home was built with natural materials that provide Pirom at Vineyard with a rustic charm. Promenade architecture was utilised to create a contemporary living space with hints of luxury while the homes were spaced out to allow for privacy and undisturbed views of nature.
