Last weekend’s House and Condo Show at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok attracted a large crowd, especially of potential property buyers.
The four-day House and Condo Show was jointly organised by the Thai Real Estate Association, the Thai Condominium Association and the Home Builder Association. The highlight was a cash voucher worth THB 1.1 million for the lucky visitor who booked a property at the event.
A survey conducted with the fair’s visitors showed that the important factors influencing their decision to buy a property included price, size, transportation and location.
Most of the properties available at the event were located in suburban areas of Bangkok.
