Association for Chonburi

A new real estate association has been launched for real estate and property professionals in the province of Chonburi, south of Bangkok.

Investors, property industry professionals, realtors and traders were present during the launch of the Chonburi Real Estate Association at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel last month.
Chaowalit Saeng-Uthai, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, Wuttisak Rermkijakarn, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City and the Executive Committee of the Association were present at the event.

Also present were pioneering individuals in the sector, including Anant Asavabhokhin, Chairman and President of Land and House, Lerdmongkol Warawenooch from The Real Estate Association of Thailand, Meesak Chunharuckchot, Chief Executive of Chonburi-based developer Life and Living Co.

Attendees shared valuable experiences and gave insightful talks on the idea of passive income and ways to prepare and cope with fluctuations that may affect real estates in the future.

In addition to providing a communication platform to unite members and potential associates, the association aims to build an interdisciplinary real estate society to discuss the industry’s trend, future market demands, how to strengthen governmental cooperation and represent the common interests of the members at a corporate and political level.
