We have 2.5 rai of chanote land available next to Sam Roi Yot national park . It is only 2km from the beautiful beach at Dolphin Bay . The land has water and electricty available .The land fronts onto a quiet concrete road and is only 20 minutes drive from Pranburi town centre which has lotus and makro superstores. Hua Hin is only 40 minutes drive away if you want to visit the city . The beach has restaurants and a few bars if you want to eat out or socialise and there is a small but friendly expat community as can be seen on facebook pages such as "friends of sam roi yot". The area is great for outdoor activities such as walking , cycling or kayaking .Local attractions include, mountains, caves  islands , wetlands and beaches.
