New Nordic VIP 4

Compact and Comfortable Studio on 2nd Floor
This 33 sqm condo is a solid pick if you're looking for a practical, move-in ready spot in Nong Prue. It’s a studio setup, so no separate bedroom, but it’s laid out to maximize every inch. You’ve got two twin beds with built-in headboards that have shelves — nice touch if you want to keep essentials close at hand.
Bright, Minimalist, and Easy to Maintain
The space feels clean and fresh thanks to white tiled floors and a neutral color palette. The orange accent trim on the recessed ceiling adds a bit of personality without being overwhelming. Lighting is recessed, so it feels modern and unobtrusive. Plus there's some interesting wall art and a decorative panel that give the walls a bit of character.
Functional Kitchenette and Workspace
The kitchenette is compact but fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stainless steel sink, and black granite counter with white cabinets. The orange mosaic tile backsplash adds a nice splash of color here too. There’s even an electric kettle and toaster ready to go. For getting work done, there’s a built-in desk with a stool and a separate black armchair, so it’s easy to switch from work mode to relaxing.
If you’re into minimalist, efficient living with a modern feel, this unit has a lot going for it without wasting space. It’s priced reasonably at 1.49 million THB and renting for 12,000 THB monthly, so definitely worth a closer look if Nong Prue fits your lifestyle.
