Baan Suan Lalana

What You’ll Find Here
This is a neat studio on the ground floor, just over 40 square meters with an open-plan layout that feels surprisingly spacious for a condo this size. You’ve got room for a queen bed with grey bedding and a comfy black leather sofa nearby. The large window and sliding glass door bring in plenty of natural light, and the soft pastel walls combined with recessed ceiling lights create a calm, modern vibe.
Smart Use of Space
The kitchenette is compact but fully equipped — microwave, fridge, stovetop with range hood — all tucked nicely with beige cabinets and a black countertop which makes it easy to whip something up. Next to this you’ve got a wooden dining table with metal legs, perfect for meals or even working from home. Storage won’t be an issue thanks to the built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and some neat shelving.
Bathroom and Outdoor Area
The bathroom keeps with the neutral tones, featuring a glass-enclosed rain shower and tiled walls that feel clean and fresh. Outside, there’s a covered balcony with outdoor seating, a small table, and a view of greenery. It’s a nice spot for morning coffee or chilling in the evenings — plus with a clothes drying rack and air conditioning on the balcony, it’s very practical.
Overall, this unit balances comfort, style, and functionality pretty well, especially if you’re looking for an affordable place near Pattaya with a nice outdoor nook.
