Located in Hat Mae Rumpheung, about 1 hour from Pattaya. The building is an older type, hence the large square meterage and balcony. Fully renovated including sound proof PVC foors, western style kitchen (less oven), and with washing machine tucked away in the also renoavted bathroom with new heater unit.Unobstructed views include the beach, ocean and Ko Samet. They cannot be built out. Fibre optic internet is available but not installed. Electric is the governmnet bill.The building has a swimming pool large enough to swim laps, a usable tennis court (needs some paint), large garden at the front, full size snooker table. The building tends to low permanent occupancy during the week so facilities are usually free. The area is quiet compared to Pattaya, however the property and cost of living are cheaper, some night life exists in the area. Minimarts and restaurants are walkable but a motorcycle is the usual option.Like most regional areas the people tend to be friendlier, traffic minimal & crime virtually non existant. The owner remains in the building, simply moving to a larger two bedroom unit due to a child.
