Layan Green Park Phase 2

The project is being developed near the famous Laguna area, just 700 meters from Layan Beach, located in the northern part of Bang Tao Beach. Layan is a picturesque and secluded beach known for its white sand and casuarina trees.
Owners and guests of Layan Green Park will benefit from up to 40% savings on electricity and water consumption. This efficiency is achieved through energy-saving lighting, roof and wall insulation, the use of solar panels, and the collection and treatment of rainwater for irrigation of greenery on the building facades.
The project complies with the international EDGE certification standards for eco-friendly buildings.
The infrastructure occupies 30% of the total land area, meeting the requirements of a 4–5-star resort. On-site amenities include a restaurant and bar, a shop, a gym, an open-air sports area, a jogging track, a yoga terrace, and four freshwater swimming pools.
A highlight of the project is the 250 sqm kids’ club, which offers daily animation and activities for children.
