Jomtien Beach Condo - Rimhad

Compact Studio with Smart Use of Space
This studio condo is about 30 sqm, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for something manageable in size but still comfortable. The layout feels open thanks to the sliding glass door that leads to a balcony, which gets some nice natural light—a good spot to enjoy sea or water views and fresh air from the 13th floor.
Comfort and Practical Details
Inside, you’ve got a king-sized bed, so it’s not just a basic studio setup. The ceiling fan with wooden blades helps keep the air moving, keeping things cool alongside the wall-mounted AC unit. The electrical outlets above the granite countertop in the kitchen area are conveniently placed, making it easy to plug in gadgets or kitchen appliances.
The bathroom features a single white oval sink with a chrome faucet and a large wall mirror, which makes the space feel bigger. Light beige tiles with a subtle diamond pattern and a green-beige tile border add a little character without being overpowering.
Living and Decor
Black wood furniture, a green-patterned sofa, and a yellow-green chair around a round glass table give the space a modern but cozy vibe. Recessed lighting combined with green LED accent lights sets a nice mood in the evening. A wall-mounted flat screen TV completes the living area, so you don’t have to worry about bulky furniture making things feel cramped.
All in all, it’s a practical, well-thought-out studio for someone who appreciates a bit of style and a nice view without the fuss of a larger unit.
