Rental Details For Rent (available from 2 weeks and longer) - payment by installments is possible - price is negotiable - 2 apartments on the 12 floor belongs to Thai company - 2 apartments on 8 floor belongs to foreigner - share 50/50 change of ownership tax For Reservation For 2 weeks – 1 month = 30% prepayment For 2-3 months = 1 month prepayment For 4-5 months = 1,5 month prepayment For 6-12 months = 2 month prepayment Cancellation Policy 2 weeks - 1 month reservations you can cancel 14 days before arrival without charge 2 - 4 months reservations you can cancel 20 days before arrival without charge 5 - 12 months reservations you can cancel 3 months before arrival without charge Conditions Electric is charged according to the meter at 4,5 thb per kw. If the booking is for 2 months and longer – water is charged according to the meter at 25 thb per m3. General cleaning fee is 800 thb per booking (after guest departure) – all cleaning equipment we have, guest also can order cleaning at reception for extra charge. If the reservation is for 1 month – for 3d / 4th person we charge 300 thb per stay. Refundable security deposit is 3000 thb if the booking is for 2 weeks-1 month, 50% from monthly rate – if the booking is for 2-5 month, 1 month – if the booking is for 6-12 months. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. We have a baby cot and baby chair for rent. Our guests have 15% discount at Sheema restaurant.
