Very comfortable and private with nice well maintained pool, also with good reasonaly priced restarants in the building.  Easy motorbike/car parking, 5min walk to many other bars and restarants. 15 min walk to beach or Bangla rd. Unit has solid ac and has a nice breeze from the ocian many days. Is perfect for an internet nomad.  Stove, microwave, nice shower (with glass wall), Smart tv and seperate wifi//youtube tv that will interface with your laptop (private internet account). Pots,pans,dishes, hot pot, toaster, cooker and cookware included.  Two elevators and a solidly constructed, clean, well maintained building.  On site building management and 24 hr security guard with seperate security system. Two combination safes, 5 gal drinking water from the main well for 20 Baht. Cloths washer in unit and also laundry on ground floor.  Motorbike rental and travel agency also on ground floor.
