Utopia Central is located only 3 km from Central Festival, one of Phuket’s largest shopping centers. It’s also in close proximity to other large shops and convenience stores, such as Tesco Lotus, Big C Supercenter and Siam Makro. Siriroj International Hospital is 5 minutes away and is located on one of Phuket’s main business arteries, where many world-class brands have outlets. Phuket’s renowned Central Festival Shopping Center, Index Living Mall, BMW, Hyundai, IKEA and many others are all present in the area, making shopping elsewhere for anything, from household décor and appliances to motorcars, unnecessary.
 
The area surrounding the Utopia Central development is rich in natural beauty, parks, country clubs and golf courses. Three of Phuket’s top golf courses can be found here – the Loch Palm and Red Mountain Golf Clubs, and the Phuket Country Club.
