Compact but Comfortable Studio on the Ground Floor
So this is a 41 sqm studio on the first floor, right in Nong Prue, Pattaya. It’s got that smart open-plan design where the bedroom and kitchen flow together, which really helps the space feel roomy despite being a studio.
Living & Sleeping Space
You’ve got a large double bed, a gray armchair, and a corner sectional sofa with cushions plus an ottoman — so plenty of spots to relax or entertain. The room is bright thanks to a large window with dark curtains you can use to control the light and privacy. Plus, there’s a ceiling fan and A/C unit to keep things cool.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The kitchenette packs in a lot: white cabinets with black handles, an induction cooktop, a sleek Hitachi stainless steel fridge, microwave, and granite countertops. Bathroom’s modern with a black rainfall showerhead, glass sliding door, and those textured white tiles that give it a nice clean feel.
Extras & Layout
What’s really handy is the built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and a nice-sized desk with an ergonomic office chair—perfect if you work from home or just need a decent spot for a laptop. The balcony is a nice bonus with outdoor chairs and a small table, great for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.
It’s got glossy marble floors throughout, recessed ceiling spotlights for a clean look, and neutral tones that make it easy to personalize. Overall, it’s a practical, modern space perfect if you want something move-in ready in a great Pattaya neighborhood.
