Located in the heart of a rubber tree grove, away from the roads, this villa offers peace and tranquility, along with picturesque views of the surrounding nature.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, a laundry room, a guest toilet, a parking space for one car, a private swimming pool (9 meters by 3.5 meters), and a garden. The total land area is 512 sq.m., while the built-up area is 330 sq.m.
Living Room
The open-plan living room combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to enter. The ceiling height is 5 meters, and ceiling fans are installed. The living room is furnished with a dining table for 8 people, a sofa, and a 65-inch TV.
Bedrooms

Master bedroom: Equipped with a king-size bed, storage wardrobes, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Second bedroom: Features a queen-size bed, storage wardrobes, a writing desk, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Third bedroom: Also comes with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a writing desk, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, juicer, and coffee machine. Tableware, knives, plates, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided.
Additional Amenities
A washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, and a Bluetooth speaker are available for a comfortable stay. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, each bedroom has two sets of bed linens and towels.
Location
The villa is located in the center of Bang Tao, just a 15-minute drive from Bang Tao Beach and a 10-minute drive from Boat Avenue, an area with cafes, fine dining restaurants, shops, and other infrastructure. The international school HeadStart and the BlueTree entertainment complex are only a 5-minute drive away (2.2 km).
