A covered carport/awning has been installed for your comfort, allowing you to relax on the terrace in complete tranquility or park your vehicle while staying protected from the heat. - All equipment and supplies are new or nearly new. - Integrated mosquito nets on windows and French doors. - Filtered water: Drinking water in the kitchen. - Carport/covered area to enjoy the terrace and park your vehicle. Equipped with everything you need and all the comforts to feel at home at all times. Thank you for keeping our house clean and tidy. With your reservation, we offer the services of our housekeeper who will come every Friday to maintain the house in good condition.Three beautiful bedrooms, an office space, two shower rooms with toilets, a storage room, a covered terrace, a small garden, and free parking spaces (covered or uncovered) in a quiet and secure environment. Bed linens, household linens, bath towels, and cleaning products are included free of charge. Just unpack your bags; everything is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions. MAINTENANCE We kindly ask you to continue to maintain our house daily. Examples: - Ventilate both bathrooms continuously: do not close the windows, even during the monsoon season. - Wipe the shower walls and floor with a squeegee and a soft cloth after each shower. - Clean up any spills as soon as they occur. We ask that you return our house as clean and tidy as possible, without any damage or removal of anything. With your reservation, we offer the services of our housekeeper, who will come every Friday to maintain the house in good condition. SECURITY DEPOSIT To be paid by bank transfer no later than the day before your arrival: - 10 000 baht or 300 euros (stays less than 3 months) - 1 month rent for stays longer than 3 months - 2 months rent for yearly rental.
BILLING - In Thailand, electricity and water costs will be deducted from your security deposit based on your actual consumption. Example: for normal use of the air conditioning or cool fan mode, average cost is approximately 700 baht per week. Comparison of photos of the two meter readings between your arrival and departure. For stays longer than 1 month: payment of Internet fees and building management fees. - In case of loss or other damage, these costs will also be deducted from your security deposit. Additional charges may apply in case of major damage. ACCESS Easy access via the expressway, 5 minutes away. Please take care of our accommodation daily: - Ventilate continuously through the two bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs by keeping the windows open but with the mosquito nets closed. - Immediately notify the owner of any damage, breakage, or loss before the check-out inspection. - Leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as possible: walls and floors, equipment, dishes and cutlery, bathroom grout, linens, and furniture.
