Laguna Beach Resort 3 The Maldives

Get a feel for this place before you visit
This third-floor condo offers a solid 125 sqm of living space, which is pretty generous for the area, especially with three decent-sized bedrooms. You’ll probably spend most of your time in the open-plan living and dining area—it’s bright thanks to large windows dressed with both sheer and blackout curtains, perfect for controlling light and privacy.
The living room is comfy, featuring a spacious gray fabric sofa with a recliner, making it a great spot to unwind. The kitchen blends in nicely with modern beige cabinetry, built-in appliances like a microwave, and even a washing machine tucked away, so it’s practical and uncluttered.
One cool feature is the balcony—tiled flooring, glass railing for an unobstructed view of that large swimming pool below, which is surrounded by palm trees and has a relaxing waterfall. There’s outdoor seating too with modern chairs if you feel like chilling outside.
The bedrooms keep things minimalistic and bright with white walls, polished tile floors, and recessed ceiling lighting. The master bedroom stands out with a large bed, a wooden door that adds some warmth, and an office chair by the window if you need a quiet spot to work.
The whole unit feels well-maintained and thoughtfully laid out, with recessed and cove lighting creating a soft, inviting atmosphere. Plus, the communal outdoor areas, including a covered pavilion by the pool, offer space to hang out or entertain.
All in all, this condo balances modern comfort with a relaxed vibe, making it an easy place to call home if you want quiet yet stylish living close to Pattaya.
