The beach on front of Baan Saechuan is considered the cleanest, most beautiful and most peaceful beach area in Hua Hin since there are no hotels near by. The condo is right across Bangkok Hospital and also a 5 min walk from Market Village, the largest department store in Hua Hin. It is also one of a very few low rise condo that connects to both the mainroad and the beach. It is also a rare city center condo that is exceptionally peaceful since it has only about 70 units in total. The pool is huge.
