2 Bedrooms Pool Access with not too strong afternoon sun.

This is the best units of its types. There are only 4 units in the building with pool access. Out of those 2 are 1 bedroom and 2 are 2 bedrooms, which is better as it can accommodate upto 6 occupants for less than 1.5 times the cost of 1 bedroom. This is the best 2 bedrooms because those faces the sea and sunset from your bed (please not there’s no sea view) yet doesn’t face the strong afternoon sun keeping the room much cooler and more power saving.
It has a modern kitchen, so loved by the salesperson wanting to use as a show unit, well we have kep that privilege for our next owner. :)
