The Palm Wongamat

Nice layout with amazing natural light
This condo’s got a really open feel thanks to those huge floor-to-ceiling windows, especially in the living and bedrooms where light just floods in. You’ll probably spend a lot of time in the open-plan living and dining area — it’s roomy enough for a comfortable seating setup and a proper dining table with six chairs, which is great if you like hosting. The balcony is right off this space through big sliding glass doors, and the ocean views from up on the 31st floor are genuinely something else. It’s a perfect spot to chill and take in the coastal vibe.
Comfort and style come together
The bedrooms are spacious and peaceful, with wooden floors and a modern tray ceiling that has recessed lighting giving nice ambiance. The master’s got a double bed with a padded dark upholstered headboard and side tables, while the neutral curtains let you control the light and privacy easily. Bathrooms feel modern and clean, featuring tiled flooring and a glass sliding door shower enclosure.
Modern, practical kitchen and extras
The kitchen is well thought out with white cabinetry, built-in stainless steel oven, and the washing machine tucked neatly under the counter for convenience. Overall, this unit offers a calm, serene atmosphere with a minimalistic design and all the essentials you’d look for in a comfortable coastal condo. Plus, the building features pools and beachfront access, rounding out the lifestyle quite nicely.
