EXTERIORBaan Plai Haad is a very modern condominium with a total of 30 stories. It is indeed a facility rich development and has a 5 star feel to it. Most of the owners are Bangkok Thai’s that really use their condos aside from the occasional weekend when time permits, thus making Baan Plai Haad quite a quiet condominium with very few people using its wealth of facilities. There are a few focal points to Baan Plai Haad….certainly, the 30th-floor rooftop pool is one!
