There are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to cook as you please.  The flat also provides a TV and WiFi in the living room.   The unit is located in the first building to the left of the lobby, so it has extremely convenient access to the lobby and exit to Phet Kasem Rd. The pool and beach are located on the east end of the property, which you can get to by strolling down the property's amazing landscape pool amongst palm trees and chirping birds.  A true resort feel.   Directly across the road is Tops Supermarket and 7-11. A 5-minute walk south is Market Village, which is Hua Hin's best mall. A 5-minute walk north is the center of Hua Hin, which has restaurants, clubs/bars, temples, and the public beach. Thai massage places in all directions up and down Phet Kasem Rd :)   3 min walk south down the beach, you will pass the Marriott and then a few other beachside restaurants.
