Term and Condition:
·  Yearly: One-month advance rental fee and two-month security deposit
·   The room layout and floor number can be reserved in 2 months before move in date. The booking fee of  THB 50,000 is required for a reservation. (The booking fee cannot be refunded in case of reservation cancellation)
 
 Additional charge :
·   Water supply at Baht 22 net per unit (for usage exceeding the allowance)
