2 Bed, Riverview at 90,000/ month

Yearly contract Inclusive of standard service:
·  Fully furnished Apartment for rent
·  Maid cleaning service 3 times per week
·  Bed linen and towels change 2 times per week
·  Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, built-in oven, microwave) with utensils and tableware
·  Water allowance :2 BR-THB 500 per month, 3 BR- THB 700 per month. Water consumption above the limit will be charged at THB 22.- net per unit
·  Cable TV & Local Channel program
·  Washer and Dryer machine in the room
·  1 Parking space
·  Wi-Fi internet
 
Term and Condition:
·   Yearly: One-month advance rental fee and two-months security deposit
·   The room layout and floor number can be reserved in 2 months before move-in date. The booking fee of THB 50,000 (for 2 and 3 BR)  is required for a reservation.(The booking fee cannot be refunded in case of reservation cancellation)
 
Additional charge:
·   Electricity at Baht 7 net per unit
·   Water supply at Baht 22 net per unit (for usage exceeding the allowance)
