I am putting the house up for sale because I have another idea to build a house for my daughter, on her land.
All possible facilities in and around the house are available:
Shared fitness, shared car parking, shared garden,,,,,,,
It is a pleasant environment to live in.
It is a combination of owners and the resort system, so you always have a feeling of being on holiday.
You could also rent out your house if you wanted, through the resort.
Personally I don't do this, everyone has their own options.
Kitchen connection on the roof is provided.
Sun blinds on the main roof, and also sun blinds at the back of the West side bedroom. The coconut tree provides shade and the mountains also provide shade on the West side around 4:40 PM.
