The Breeze condominium is located in Khao Takiab, a small fishing village on the outskirts of Hua Hin. It is a short walk from the beach. Across the street from the condo is a 24 hour convenience store, an ATM machine, and several restaurants. The unit is located on the 6th floor and is on the south facing side of the development, away from street traffic.

The project has a small meeting room, management offices which offers free wifi . Two large swimming pools with tropical gardens are in the centre of this modern condominium.
