The Vision

Comfort Meets Convenience in Nong Prue
This one-bedroom condo is a great fit if you’re looking for a relaxed space with plenty of natural light and good views. Sitting on the 15th floor, you've got a nice outlook that mixes greenery with the cityscape, which you don’t always find in Pattaya.
Layout and Living Space
The open-plan design keeps everything feeling spacious despite the 45 sqm size. The bedroom flows right into the kitchen area, so you can easily keep an eye on things while cooking or just hanging out. The big windows flood the room with light, and the glossy floor tiles add a clean, modern touch – plus the recessed ceiling lights help set the mood in the evening.
The bed is a good size with light grey bedding, two pillows, and there’s a mirrored wall behind it which visually opens up the space even more. Two bedside tables with lamps make it practical for nighttime reading. There’s also a vanity table with a mirror and a closet with sliding doors, so storage isn’t an afterthought.
Outdoor Space
Step out onto the tiled balcony—you’ve got enough room for two black woven chairs and a glass table. It’s a nice spot to unwind with your morning coffee or evening drink, while enjoying those mixed green and city views through the glass railing.
Other touches include air conditioning, decorative wall art, and curtains on the windows for privacy. Overall, it feels like a thoughtfully arranged space that balances practicality and comfort pretty well.
