Prima Wongamat

Layout & Living Space
This 64.5 sqm condo on the 2nd floor feels surprisingly spacious thanks to its thoughtful design. You’ve got a large living room with a comfy L-shaped sofa that’s perfect for kicking back with plenty of cushions. The wooden coffee table and built-in TV unit add a warm, inviting touch, while decorative lighting in the wall panels gives the space a cozy, modern vibe.
Natural Light & Balcony
One of the best bits is the large sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. With sheer curtains filtering the light, the space stays bright without feeling harsh. The balcony itself is nicely sized, with a couple of cushioned white metal chairs and a small black table—great for morning coffee while enjoying a green view, which is a bit of a rarity around here.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is sleek and modern, laid out in an L-shape with black glossy cabinets and under-cabinet lighting that really makes cooking practical. There’s also a built-in microwave, washing machine, and a large fridge, so everything you need is right at hand. The round dining table seats four comfortably, ideal for either casual meals or working from home.
Bedroom & Bathroom
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with an upholstered headboard and a dark reflective sliding wardrobe—plenty of storage without taking up much space. The bathroom is well-designed with a walk-in shower, standalone bathtub, and built-in shelves that keep things tidy. The textured floor tiles and frosted glass partitions add a nice touch of modern style.
Overall, this place balances comfort and style without feeling overly fancy. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a neat, practical home with some thoughtful features and a bit of outdoor space right in Na Kluea.
