We have a lot of shared facilities too, such as free parking for cars and motorcycles, tennis courts, basketball, fitness, pool, table tennis, child-friendly swimming pool, restaurant, 24-hour security/surveillance + there is always staff present 24/7 who can help with most things. In my best opinion and assessment, this apartment can be used both as a year-round residence and or holiday home (Subletting is also allowed) as well as liberal professions are also allowed. Electricity and water are paid according to consumption with your own meter.
