If Buyer wants flexible,
3.⁠ ⁠sell contract as--is, Buyer can also try to convert to Freehold - subject to availability, which Developer will confirm with me.
4.⁠ ⁠Sell as-is, and since Radisson not officially take over, legally the Buyer can exit the lease program, and self-stay, or self-renting. Hotel wont be able to do anything to owner who did not participate in rental program.
