Laguna Beach Resort

Easy living on the 5th floor in Nong Prue
This one-bedroom condo is a great fit if you want something comfortable but practical. At about 49 sqm, it’s got a straightforward layout that makes the most of the space without feeling cramped.
What you’ll notice first
The bedroom has a large bed with a comfy white quilted bedspread and a built-in wardrobe finished in light wood—nice and bright, so you won’t feel boxed in. The whole place has white tiled floors and ceiling recessed lighting with warm yellow accent lights that add a cozy vibe in the evening.
Kitchen and bathroom

The kitchen's separate but connected by a glass door, which helps keep cooking smells contained while letting light pass through.
It has light wood cabinets, a black countertop, built-in sink, and comes with basics like a toaster and kettle, plus a two-tone fridge that’s got a top freezer, handy for everyday use.
The ensuite bathroom feels modern with beige tiles, a walk-in glass shower with a rainfall showerhead, and sleek chrome fixtures. There’s a vanity with a white countertop and a decorative mosaic tile border for a little style touch.

Extras that make a difference

Split-system air conditioner and a pedestal fan keep things cool.
You get a flat-screen TV on a light wood stand and even a robot vacuum to help with upkeep.
A black metal shelving unit provides additional storage or display space, complementing the modern, clean look.

Overall, it’s a modern and manageable space in a convenient part of Pattaya—perfect if you want a low-maintenance place with thoughtful details that actually work for daily living.
