De Amber

A Comfortable, Light-Filled Space on the Ground Floor
This 44 sqm condo feels surprisingly spacious thanks to its open-plan design. The living area is bright with white tiled floors and a large sliding glass door that lets in plenty of natural light while giving you easy access to fresh air. You’ll probably spend most of your time here, between the comfy white sofa and the small round glass coffee table—perfect for chilling out or having friends over.
Kitchen and Dining That Work Well
The kitchen is compact but thoughtfully laid out, with blue cabinets and a sleek white countertop that’s easy to keep clean. There’s a stainless steel sink, an energy-efficient refrigerator, and even a built-in front-loading washing machine right off the kitchen area, which is super practical. A wooden dining table with chairs sits nearby, making mealtime straightforward and cozy.
Bedroom and Bathroom Details
The bedroom has light wooden flooring and a large window dressed in sheer and blackout curtains, so you control how much light comes in. The bed has a simple wooden headboard that complements the space nicely. In the bathroom, you get a glass shower enclosure with a wall-mounted handheld showerhead and a built-in niche for toiletries, so it’s neat and organized.
Overall, this ground-floor unit is a nice balance of modern touches and practical living, ideal if you want something move-in ready in Sattahip’s Na Chom Thian area.
