As such it is a sound and strong building, probably better than the new ones in size (most single units are 54 sqm) and quality (thickness of floors and poles). Its management is sound and keeps the building in satisfactory condition (piping, lifts, outside paintings, etc.).
The finance is in a good situation although maintenance fees are rather low, compared to new buildings or single house.
