What is said to be currently one of the best United Kingdom property investments will be showcased during a property exhibition in Bangkok this weekend.
Manor Park Hotel in the central English city of Leicester will be exhibited by real estate firm DTZ alongside developers Commerce International Limited.
According to the sales literature, the investment will offer 8 percent net guaranteed returns for five years, with one-year of rental returns paid within 45-days of completion.
Investments can be made in the project from THB 1.1 million in the 999-year lease project. Returns on investment have been calculated to be 140 percent over a five-year period, according to the sales brochure.
The Bangkok property exhibition for the Manor Park Hotel in Leicester will take place at The Westin Grand Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel, Steteroom 3, between 10am and 6pm on Saturday, January 16, and Sunday, January 17.
